With backgrounds in mental health and health care we have grown to be intentional about happiness in this life. We seek to live with purpose every day, because life is so very short.
Life can be hard, so be purposeful about happiness. It’s everywhere; in the small and large things. Around every corner; in a gust of wind, in a sunrise/sunset, on the road or water, or under a river rock. It’s in your kitchen, or with an old friend or a close family member.
We want to provide content that will further your pursuit of happiness, as well. To encourage you to reach out and grab life and give it a warm hug. To breathe deeply and smile with us.
Overlanding & Adventure
We love the outdoors. Not in the kind of way where we get out and hike up or down things like a crazy person, but in the way of traversing beautiful landscapes in rugged grace and comfort.
We will share our locales and destinations, as well as our tips and tricks for effective and comfortable overlanding/outdoor living. To help mitigate as much chaos as possible, we will also provide helpful guides/how-tos for all the important and necessary things, while still allowing room for adventure!
Cooking & Things
We share a burning passion for cooking. Eric is a master on the smoker and grill (though he would humbly disagree) and an exceptional baker. Cooking allows Danielle to create and experiment. We each take tremendous pride in our work in the kitchen and love hosting others to share in the goodness!
Deciding to share some of our recipes…is a big deal. Cherished family recipes are carried out with great care and precision, and new ones are curated with love and attention. Lets face it…good food brings happiness with it. We sincerely hope they bring joy and togetherness to your home, as well!
